Easy Herb and Garlic Chicken Recipe

A simple and delicious Easy Herb and Garlic Chicken Recipe featuring juicy chicken pieces marinated in fresh herbs and garlic, then roasted or pan-fried to crispy perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs or breasts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Juice of half a lemon

Instructions
 

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, lemon juice.
  • Coat chicken with marinade; refrigerate 30+ min.
  • Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 min or pan-fry skin-side down 6–8 min each side.
  • Rest 5 min, garnish, serve.

Notes

  • Fresh herbs enhance flavor but dried can be used in a pinch.
  • Let chicken rest to keep it juicy.
  • Perfect paired with a light salad or roasted vegetables.
