Tips for Best Results

The best flavor results from using fresh strawberries, but frozen works well, too.

Don’t overmixing the batter to ensure the cake is tender.

If frosting is too soft, chill it before using.

Top with fresh strawberry slices or edible flowers for a pretty detail.

If frosted with fresh fruit, keep the cake in the refrigerator.

Storage and Reheating

Store The coolis/quiche may be stored covered, in the refrigerator, for up to 3 days.

Freeze: Cake layers freeze well before being frosted. Wrap snugly and freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw in fridge before frosting.
